What We Offer:
- Salary range: $95,000 – $130,000 annually.

- Act as the primary liaison for a designated airline client, building strong relationships and ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and execute account strategies, conduct regular business reviews, and present proposals and performance updates to clients.
- Proactively address client concerns, resolve issues professionally, and provide ongoing updates to DO & CO senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (kitchen, logistics, quality, operations) to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve operational challenges.
- Manage catering production and delivery, ensuring compliance with client specifications, food safety standards, and airline requirements.
- Track key metrics like on-time delivery and quality scores to identify service improvements and address disruptions proactively.
- Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through new routes, services, premium offerings, and increased order volumes.
- Partner with sales and marketing to develop proposals, enhance services, and support client acquisition efforts.
- Assist with contract negotiations and renewals, while driving revenue growth and meeting account targets.
- Leverage tools such as Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint to analyze data, create dashboards, and present insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Apply statistical analysis to evaluate performance trends, identify root causes of service issues, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of account management experience, preferably in airline catering, food service or hospitality industries.
- Proven track record of managing large, complex B2B accounts with revenue responsibility, building long-term relationships, and driving business growth.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, senior management, and internal teams.
- Entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve client issues in a calm, productive and professional manner.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software and data analysis.
- Ability to travel to client sites or airline locations as necessary (15-20%).
