Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
- Provide technical support to employees, resolving IT support requests and answering questions regarding computer systems.
- Help with the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and cabling.
- Perform routine system checks and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the onboarding process by setting up new user accounts and configuring workstations.
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
- Document technical procedures and create user guides as needed.
- Adhering and supporting in Safety and Food Safety infrastructure, processes and protocols as assigned.
- Applying/Obtaining a SIDA/Airport badge within 3 months of hired date and keeping Badge valid.
- Support special IT projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Proficient computer skills (Particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- High School diploma or equivalent
- $20.00- 24.00 Hourly
