This is a part-time hybrid role as an IT Helpdesk and Admin (Consultant) based in Boston, MA, with flexibility for some remote work. The IT Helpdesk and Admin Consultant will provide IT support for users, troubleshoot technical issues, oversee network administration, and ensure network security. The role includes maintaining IT systems, handling customer service requests, and assisting with general administrative IT tasks as needed.
- Experience in Network Administration, Network Security, and maintaining IT infrastructure
- Proficiency in Information Technology and Troubleshooting with the ability to resolve technical problems efficiently
- Strong Customer Service skills to communicate effectively with users and address their concerns
- Familiarity with hybrid work environments and the flexibility to support in-office and remote setups
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is an advantage
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network , CCNA, or similar are preferred
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing tasks with minimal supervision
