Responsibilities:
- Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.
- Follow the guidance of the executive or sous chef and have input in new ways of presentation or dishes.
- Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Proactive and organized approach to duties.
- Capability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines.
- Accurately monitor wastage.
- Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures.
- Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.
- Competitive pay $22.80/hr.
