Do Amore is a profitable, small-team that has spent years perfecting the product and the purpose. We’ve built a massive foundation, got offers on Shark Tank, and have created momentum. Now, we are looking for our Architect. We want the person who will do for Do Amore what the early teams did for Alo Yoga and Aviator Nation: take a functional product and turn it into a high-status cultural desire.
The Problem: Most jewelry brands are boring. They sell sparkle, they buy Facebook ads, and they pray for a 2.0x ROAS. Our strategy hasn't been too different over the past few years.
Your job is to solve the visibility problem. You need to build a brand identity so strong that our mission acts as a 'digital logo,' making a Do Amore ring instantly recognizable by the story it tells.
The right candidate is obsessed with this problem. You live and breathe brand-building. You’re the person who naturally notices why certain brands "work" and others don’t. You have an intuitive sense for digital culture and an eye for what makes a story stick. You aren’t looking for "work-life balance"; you are looking for the project that defines your career.
