ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is continuously asked to multi-task under time limits. Position requires constant attention to precise details and accuracy of specified standards including: following simple to complex (more than 3 steps) instructions, and concentration which frequently extends beyond 30 minutes at a time. This position also requires constant attendance and punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time. Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan. Meets productivity standards; Completes work in timely manner; Strives to increase productivity; Works quickly.
Physical demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 30 pounds. Safety and Security - Observes safety and security procedures; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Use equipment and materials properly.
Work environment:
The essential functions of this position are performed indoors. The noise level in the work environment can range from minimal to loud.

The Bond Clerk works closely with warehouse, transportation, and operations teams to support inventory integrity, compliance, and on-time service delivery in a fast-paced aviation catering environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and control all bonded and duty-free inventory to ensure proper storage, handling, and compliance
- Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of all bonded goods movement
- Ensure all bonded storage areas are secure, organized, and compliant with regulatory requirements
- Conduct routine inventory checks and audits of bonded goods
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure proper issuance and reconciliation of bonded items
- Identify and report discrepancies in inventory, documentation, or compliance standards
- Support inbound and outbound inventory processes related to bonded goods
- Ensure adherence to all customs, TSA, and company compliance regulations
- Maintain accurate logs, records, and reporting for audit readiness
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency
- Follow all HACCP, safety, and security protocols
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Additional coursework or certification in logistics, inventory, or compliance preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, or bonded goods handling preferred
- Strong understanding of inventory tracking and documentation processes
- Knowledge of bonded storage regulations or willingness to learn
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and inventory tracking tools
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
