Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Medley, FL
Salary: $52,000 annually
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site
DNA Logistix is seeking experienced Warehouse Supervisor to support a high-volume warehouse operation in Medley, FL.
Our operation generally runs between 2:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and the Warehouse Supervisor schedule will be established within this operating window based on business needs. Schedule flexibility is required as volume and operational requirements may change.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day warehouse activities and workflow during assigned hours.
- Lead, coach, and hold frontline associates accountable for safety, attendance, quality, and productivity.
- Assign employees to work areas based on volume, staffing, and operational priorities.
- Monitor productivity and make real-time adjustments to labor and workflow.
- Ensure receiving, sortation, staging, loading, and other assigned activities are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
- Communicate priorities and performance expectations clearly to the team.
- Identify operational issues early, take corrective action, and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Support employee onboarding, training, cross-training, and development.
- Ensure company and customer procedures are consistently followed.
- Maintain accurate operational reporting and communicate results, staffing concerns, and issues to the managers.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and operationally ready warehouse environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, sortation, or similar operations experience.
- Previous supervisory or frontline leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong understanding of productivity, staffing, workflow, and operational execution.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable providing hands-on leadership on the warehouse floor.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and learn company and customer reporting systems.
- Schedule flexibility within the facility’s operating hours is required.
