Warehouse Supervisor/Forklift Driver

Our team plays a critical role in managing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining smooth warehouse operations that support our online storefront.

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor / Forklift Driver to oversee daily warehouse operations in our Miami Gardens facility. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse staff, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, preparing products for online fulfillment, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient workspace.

• Supervise and lead warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Oversee product preparation, labeling, and packaging for e-commerce orders
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, loading, and unloading activities
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks
• Ensure proper organization and storage for fast and efficient order fulfillment
• Enforce safety standards and company policies
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

• Proven supervisory experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment
• Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes
• Experience with inventory control and warehouse systems (WMS preferred)
• Forklift certification or hands-on experience required
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to workplace safety and operational compliance
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications are a plus)
