Salary: $225K - $375K
Hybrid Schedule: 2-3 remote days per week
National Law Firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 3 years of experience in complex commercial litigation to join the Litigation team.
What You'll Do:
• Research and analyze securities and complex commercial litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Participate in depositions, hearings, court conferences, and ADR proceedings
• Manage discovery and assist with trial preparation
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy
• Maintain client communication and assist with settlement negotiations
What You Bring:
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admitted in New York; New Jersey admission a plus
• 3 years of law firm litigation experience
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and evidence rules
• Experience in state and federal courts
