- Provide outstanding customer support through various channels, including email and live chat, addressing questions about products, services, or account information
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using typing skills and computer literacy to maintain organized client files and records
- Assist with office management duties including filing, proofreading documents, and supporting administrative tasks such as calendar management and appointment scheduling
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and organizational skills to ensure efficient office operations and excellent client communication
Experience
- Previous clerical or office experience is highly preferred, especially in customer service or front desk roles within medical or dental offices
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Proven experience with data entry, filing systems, and document proofreading enhances your suitability for this role
- Experience managing multi-line phone systems and demonstrating excellent phone communication skills is highly valued
