About us:
DN Van Lines is a premier full-service moving and storage company headquartered in Northborough, Massachusetts.
We are looking for an experienced sales representative to join our growing COD team! As a Move Coordinator, you will be reaching out to Residential leads to provide moving estimates, secure the business, and provide world-class service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calling leads provided via CRM
- Responding to emails
- Accurately determining move inventory over the phone
- Providing moving estimates
- Attempting the sale and overcoming objections
- Handling customer service requests and issues
Requirements:
- 2 years of sales experience
- Ability to quickly build rapport
- Strong negotiation skills
- Attention to detail
- Self-driven with outstanding customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000
Supplemental Pay Types:
- Quarterly bonuses based on sales attainment to goal
