Move for Life Physical Therapy is currently seeking an exceptional Speech Language Pathologist to join our Newton, MA team.
Move for Life Physical Therapy is a privately owned and operated rehabilitation practice comprised of highly skilled physical, occupational and speech therapists that provide unparalleled rehabilitative services to patients residing in assisted/independent living communities in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and Maryland.

Responsibilities include:
- Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs
- Offer effective treatment solutions
- Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
- Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
- Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally
- Consult with other healthcare professionals
- Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress
- Document patient care services
Requirements:
- Valid license to practice speech therapy
- Graduate from an accredited speech language pathology program
- Proven working experience as a licensed speech therapist
- Must demonstrate professional demeanor, work independently, and manage time efficiently
- Prior experience with Raintree EMR a plus but not required
- Extensive education and clinical expertise
- Knowledge of current treatment practices
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
