Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tower Technician based in Laurel, MD. The Tower Technician will be responsible for climbing cell phone towers and buildings to perform installations, upgrades, repairs, and routine maintenance. The role requires working at heights, troubleshooting equipment issues, utilizing hand tools effectively, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Collaboration with team members and effective communication to meet project deadlines are essential aspects of the position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Hand Tools for installation, repairs, and equipment assembly
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair of communication equipment
- Experience or knowledge in Wireless Networking systems and technologies
- Strong Communication skills for teamwork and effective problem resolution
- Ability to work at significant heights and comply with safety standards
