Are you detail-oriented with a passion for assisting customers through vehicle registration processes? Join our team at JSA TAGS as a DMV Registration Specialist! In this role, you’ll play an integral part in helping car dealerships and customers complete vehicle registrations across all 50 states.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process paperwork from car dealerships to support vehicle registration in all 50 states.
• Accurately file paperwork in accordance with state regulations and guidelines.
• Answer phone calls promptly and professionally to assist customers and dealerships with inquiries.
• Follow up on outstanding deals to ensure timely completion of registrations.
• Package and mail out completed plates and registration documents.
• Communicate effectively with dealerships to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Assist walk-in customers with various DMV services they require.
• Accurately bill incoming work and ensure high accuracy in all paperwork to avoid delays.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus.
• Previous experience in DMV, vehicle registration, or automotive dealership operations preferred, but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and software.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to exceptional service.
• MUST possess a valid NYS driver’s license or State ID.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred but not required.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential for success in this role.
