As a DMV Registration Specialist, you will play a vital role in processing vehicle registrations for both car dealerships and walk-in customers across all 50 states. If you’re looking for a career with growth opportunities, competitive pay, and a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review vehicle registration paperwork from car dealerships nationwide.
- Organize and maintain documents in compliance with state-specific guidelines.
- Professionally handle incoming calls, providing accurate information to customers and dealerships.
- Track and follow up on pending deals to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare and ship license plates and registration documents.
- Communicate with car dealerships to resolve any paperwork discrepancies.
- Assist walk-in customers with various DMV-related services.
- Accurately bill and record all incoming work.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications are a plus).
- Experience: Prior experience in DMV operations, vehicle registration, or automotive dealership work is preferred but not required.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Valid NYS driver’s license or state ID.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to receive feedback and implement changes.
- Spanish-speaking candidates are highly desirable but not mandatory.
