DMV Restorations, Inc. is a restoration, remodeling, and renovation company based in Bristow, VA. We serve homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. Our work includes water, fire, and mold restoration, reconstruction, and remodeling. We’re growing, and we’re looking for driven salespeople who would rather be out in the field than at a desk.

The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll win new business face to face. You’ll spend your days visiting residential and commercial properties in your territory. You’ll meet owners and decision-makers, spot damage or remodeling opportunities, and turn those visits into signed work. This role suits you if you like meeting people in person, working toward clear goals, and getting paid for results.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $48,000–$60,000, depending on experience
• Uncapped commission on closed work

What You’ll Do

• Prospect door to door at residential and commercial properties in your assigned territory
• Complete site visits and log every contact and outcome
• Present our full range of services: water, fire, and mold restoration, reconstruction, and remodeling
• Quote work within company pricing guidelines
• Identify damage or remodeling opportunities and schedule estimates and inspections with our project team
• Build lasting relationships with property managers, HOAs, real estate professionals, and commercial accounts to earn repeat and referral business
• Keep accurate records of leads, visits, follow-ups, and closed sales in our systems
• Report daily activity and pipeline status to management

What We’re Looking For

• 1 years of outside sales, door-to-door, or field sales experience (restoration, construction, home services, or roofing experience is a plus)
• Confidence starting conversations with people you’ve never met
• A self-motivated, goal-driven work style and comfort being measured on daily activity and monthly quotas
• Strong communication skills and a professional presence
• Organization and consistency in tracking leads and follow-ups
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel throughout the territory
• Comfort working outdoors and on your feet all day
