Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
- SDLC Process Design & Oversight
- Establish, enhance, and maintain standardized SDLC frameworks (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall).
- Ensure development processes align with compliance and organizational standards.
- Documentation & Governance
- Produce and update project delivery documentation, including methodology guidelines, templates, and operational artifacts.
- Conduct periodic reviews and audits to verify adherence to SDLC best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with project management, engineering, QA, and business teams to ensure seamless delivery across all SDLC phases.
- Serve as a communication bridge between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor quality checkpoints throughout the lifecycle and enforce delivery controls.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend actionable improvements.
- Training & Enablement
- Train delivery teams on methodology guidance and new process rollouts.
- Act as the subject matter expert for SDLC methodology and tooling.
- 5 years leading SDLC governance and process implementation in large-scale environments.
- Proven success designing and authoring enterprise SDLC methodologies and playbooks.
- Strong exposure to Agile, DevOps, and secure software delivery practices.
- Technical understanding of programming fundamentals and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Experience with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and delivery tools (e.g., GitHub, Azure DevOps, JIRA).
- Skilled in creating professional process documentation using PowerPoint or similar tools.
- Knowledge of QA, testing workflows, risk and defect management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and guide diverse teams.
