Key Responsibilities:
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and maintain a clear vision and roadmap for enterprise platforms that support key business objectives and user needs.
- Portfolio Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize initiatives based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the main point of coordination among product management, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and efficient delivery.
- Agile & SAFe Leadership: Drive adoption of Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices to enable iterative development and continuous value delivery.
- Performance Management: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success, portfolio efficiency, and value realization.
- Thought Leadership: Promote modern product management principles, encouraging a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- 11–14 years of relevant professional experience, including leadership roles in product or portfolio management.
- Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, with expertise in Network, Cloud, DevSecOps, Quality Management, and IT Operations.
- Demonstrated success applying Agile or SAFe methodologies in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Align, FigJam, and AgilityHealth.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
