Job Purpose:
As the Program Manager you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of hardware deployment and technology integration across existing and new retail locations. Your role is essential in ensuring technology solutions are reliable, efficient, and aligned with business goals. You will manage cross-functional teams and work with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of RTH and NSO programs, driving success through effective project management and collaboration.
- Program Management: Oversee the delivery, status, and health of the RTH and NSO programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and providing visibility to key stakeholders.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget. Facilitate discussions on dependencies and prioritize initiatives to achieve project goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with Product, Technology, and Operations teams. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and changes.
- Financial Management: Manage program financial reporting, including budget estimations, cost tracking, and risk mitigation efforts.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to project managers and other team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of hardware technology, ensuring best-in-class project planning and execution from requirements definition to deployment.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and resolve issues, risks, and blockers to ensure the successful completion of projects.

- Experience: Proven experience in technology hardware delivery and program management, preferably within a retail environment.
