Position: Sales Representative Foundation and Waterproofing

Location: DMV Area (VA / DC / MD)

Office: 4307 Wheeler Ave, Alexandria, VA 22304

Compensation: $100,000 - $250,000 per year (Uncapped Commission)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Some Weekend Appointments

What You'll Do

• Inspect & Diagnose issues in crawlspaces, foundations, and basements
• Educate & Propose effective solutions like waterproofing, encapsulation, sump pumps, drainage, or helical piers/push piers.
• Sell With Integrity. No pressure, just clear recommendations and trust-building
• Document everything. Notes, photos, scope for clean project handoff
• Own the process from initial contact to signed contract
  
  

What You Bring

• Track record in residential or home service sales
• Confident, consultative communication style
• Physically capable of entering crawlspaces and evaluating job sites
• Organized and tech-friendly (CRM use is part of the job)
• Bonus: Prior experience in foundation repair or waterproofing (we'll train the right person)
