What You'll Do
- Conduct in-home inspections of foundations, basements, and crawlspaces throughout the DMV area
- Diagnose structural and moisture-related issues and recommend appropriate solutions, including waterproofing systems, sump pumps, drainage systems, encapsulation, and foundation repair products
- Build trust with homeowners through clear communication and professional recommendations
- Manage the sales process from inspection through signed agreement and project handoff
- Document project details, measurements, photos, and customer notes accurately within the CRM system
- Collaborate closely with operations and production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Within Your First 6-12 Months, Successful Team Members Typically
- Build a consistent pipeline from company-provided, high-intent leads
- Develop strong close rates through consultative, relationship-driven selling
- Earn six-figure income through uncapped commissions
- Become a trusted advisor to homeowners facing significant property concerns
- Contribute to company growth while positioning themselves for future leadership opportunities
- Experience in residential sales, home improvement sales, construction sales, or other home service industries
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing a sales pipeline independently
- Comfortable working in the field, including basements, crawlspaces, and other confined spaces
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM software and tablets
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the DMV area
- Foundation repair or waterproofing experience
- Experience with consultative or in-home sales
Compensation And Benefits
- Compensation: $100,000 - $250,000 per year
- Uncapped commission structure
- $3,500 first-month draw during ramp-up period
- Pre-qualified company-provided leads -- no cold calling
