Job Summary

We are seeking motivated, polished and proactive event professionals who can help create a seamless guest experience from setup through breakdown. This role is ideal for candidates who are attentive, efficient, and able to notice what needs to be done before being asked. Successful team members are professional under pressure, detail-oriented, and committed to excellent service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide professional, attentive service to guests during catered events
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and overall event execution
• Refill food stations, clear plates, reset areas, and maintain cleanliness throughout service
• Support event Captains and Coordinators by responding quickly to changing needs
• Prepare and maintain bar areas; serve beverages accurately and responsibly
• Load and unload catering equipment, food, beverages, rentals, and supplies safely
• Handle equipment, food, and drink with care to avoid breakage, damage, or loss
• Ensure vehicles, rentals, and event materials are transported responsibly and professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment before, during, and after events
• Step into other support functions as needed to keep service running smoothly

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience for bartender applicants
• Clean driving record required for candidates who will be driving
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced event environments
• Ability to lift, carry, load, and unload event materials safely
• Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules
• Must be comfortable working in person at event venues and related locations

Experience

• Catering or Banquet Event experience: preferred but not required
• Hospitality experience: preferred but not required
• Bartending experience: 2 years required for bartender role
