Position: SAP SD / OTC / Logistics Functional Consultant
Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite; Relocation Ok)
Duration: 6 Months
Job Description
Must-Have Skills (Required)
- 8–10 years of SAP SD/OTC experience
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) — end-to-end configuration
- Order-to-Cash (OTC) — complete end-to-end process understanding
- Multi-carrier shipping integration — FedEx, UPS, DHL, and other carriers
- Rate shopping, freight quoting, and carrier service selection
- Shipment creation/cancellation within SAP
- Label printing and shipping document generation — Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices
- HAZMAT labeling and compliance
- RF process integration and Track & Trace within SAP delivery transactions
- Familiarity with third-party logistics tool integration and Transportation Management (TM)
- SAP S/4HANA — functional expertise
- SAP C/4HANA Service Cloud — exposure preferred
Good to Have (Preferred)
- SAP C/4HANA — Service Cloud integration
- Experience with 3PL integrations at enterprise scale
- Background in retail or manufacturing logistics environments
