Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced OneStream Consultant to join our team in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OneStream implementation, FP&A processes, financial consolidation, planning, reporting, and ongoing support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead and support OneStream implementation projects
✔ Gather business requirements and translate them into OneStream solutions
✔ Configure and customize OneStream applications
✔ Support FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
✔ Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to optimize performance management solutions
✔ Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing production support
✔ Develop dashboards, reports, and financial models within OneStream
✔ Conduct testing, training, and user adoption activities
Required Skills:
✅ Strong experience with OneStream platform
✅ Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
✅ OneStream implementation and consulting experience
✅ Financial consolidation and close process knowledge
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
✅ Ability to provide production support and system enhancements
