Job Description:

As the ERP Systems Manager, you will serve as the primary business owner and liaison for enterprise financial and operational systems, with a strong emphasis on JD Edwards ERP and related business applications. This role partners closely with business leaders and IT to analyze requirements, configure solutions, and lead system enhancements that support operational efficiency, financial integrity, and data-driven decision-making across multiple locations. You will manage application support, system development, and ERP-related projects while ensuring compliance, security, and system reliability.

Job Responsibilities

1.       ERP & Business Application Support:

·         Provide functional support for JD Edwards ERP, shop floor data collection systems, business analytics tools, time and attendance systems, and other business-critical applications.

·         Support and maintain JD Edwards administrative functions, including batch job monitoring, advanced queries, One View Reporting, BI Publisher, and custom reports.

·         Serve as first- and second-level escalation support for ERP-related incidents, troubleshooting, and user requests.

1.       Development, Configuration & Reporting:

·         Support and develop JD Edwards objects, including event rules, views, package builds, and customizations.

·         Develop and maintain reports and dashboards; partner with stakeholders to define requirements and specifications.

·         Prepare technical documentation, process flows, and system specifications in accordance with departmental standards.

·         Test, debug, and validate system changes in collaboration with end users.

1.       Business Analysis & Stakeholder Partnership:

·         Act as the primary business analyst between functional teams and IT, translating business needs into technical solutions.

·         Consult with internal clients to understand system pain points, process gaps, and data challenges.

·         Build strong professional relationships across all business functions and locations.

1.       Compliance, Security & Data Integrity

·         Support annual SOX compliance activities, including system access controls, audit logs, and data change documentation.

·         Safeguard company data through effective backup procedures, system security controls, and data governance practices.

1.       Project Leadership

·         Lead or support ERP migrations, upgrades, and consolidations across business units or locations.

·         Manage competing priorities, projects, and enhancement requests with minimal oversight.

Required Experience

·         Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field required.

·         Extensive JD Edwards functional experience, including system support, configuration, and business process integration.

·         Knowledge of JD-Edwards 9.2 (plus)

·         Knowledge of JD-Edwards Event Rule Code and Development

·         Knowledge of One-View-Reporting, Orchestrations, BI Pub, EDI

·         Advanced technological knowledge of structured programming application design.

Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

·         Experience with IBM Power Systems.

·         Working knowledge of SQL; familiarity with C or similar languages is a plus.

·         Ability to independently manage workload, prioritize requests, and deliver solutions in a complex business environment.

·         Strong multitasking ability and proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously.

·         Relevant certifications or advanced training in ERP systems or business systems analysis.
