Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Utility Engineer at our Walnut Creek, CA location. The Utility Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and performing maintenance tasks related to utilities, including steam systems, wastewater treatment, and water treatment. The role involves conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting utilities-related equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing utilities systems, with knowledge of steam systems and their operation.
- Experience with wastewater treatment and water treatment processes and standards.
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance to ensure the efficiency and longevity of equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Excellent understanding of safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Previous experience in facility services, engineering, or relevant technical positions is a plus.
- Technical certification or relevant technical education in engineering, utilities management, or related fields is preferred.
