Develop, recommend, and implement policy and procedural improvements for student training management.
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizen with an Active Secret Clearance (Interim or higher)
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1 year of experience in program or student training management
Strong knowledge of Coast Guard and Navy aviation training missions (CNATRA/NATRACOM)
Experience using tools like TSHARP, NIPDR, SharePoint, and student management systems
Familiarity with CNATRAINST 1500.4 and related directives/policies
Demonstrated ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and manage cross-functional initiatives
Preferred Skills
Expertise in aviation training planning, execution, and resource alignment
Strong understanding of Coast Guard programming, budgeting, and manpower systems
Ability to use analytical and statistical tools to assess program success
Effective communication and leadership skills to engage with senior stakeholders and students
Work Schedule & Conditions
Full-time, Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts with 30-minute lunch
Telework authorized (as needed and approved)
Scheduled absences must be coordinated at least 15 days in advance
Regular coordination with USCG, DoD, CNATRA, NASC, and TRAWING leadership teams
