DMF Lighting is a premium architectural lighting company with a portfolio of residential and commercial brands. DMF Lighting serves commercial buyers and contractors. DMF Luxury sells directly to custom technology integrators, specialists who design and install whole-home systems for high-end residential clients. HK Lighting produces premium outdoor lighting for discerning commercial and residential customers. An in-house creative studio of designers and CGI artists supports all brands with premium content Production.
The opportunity
This is a newly created senior leadership role with ownership of marketing for DMF Luxury and HK Lighting. As we grow, we require an experienced marketing leader to assume day-to-day ownership of our residential brands. You will lead a team of direct reports across brands to generate growth and manage the Creative Director to drive the output of our in-house studio. Your responsibilities will include product launches, digital marketing, channel marketing, events, and sales enablement while partnering closely with Sales, Product Management, and company leadership.
This is a genuine leadership role – not a campaign manager or coordinator position. The right candidate has experience managing marketing teams, is equally comfortable in premium B2B and DTC environments, and thrives where both quality and swiftness are essential.
- Pay range is $185,000-$225,000 annually (based on skills/knowledge/experience)

What you will do
- Brand stewardship and positioning for DMF Luxury and HK Residential Lighting to ensure marketing communications speak clearly to each brand’s value proposition
- Lead your teams to produce high-quality marketing materials quickly and in volume: campaigns, product launches, event assets and management, digital content, and sales tools
- Own demand generation for the two brands: integrator-focused ABM, email, eCommerce, paid social, GEO/SEO for DMF Luxury and HK Residential
- Set clear performance targets, track results, and make data-driven decisions quickly
- Partner with the Creative Director to prioritize and deliver creative work across brands at the standard and pace required by the business
- Maintain consistency across messaging, visual identity, digital experience, and customer touchpoints
- Lead, develop, and hold accountable a growing team of motivated direct reports
- Partner with Sales leadership to improve pipeline quality, lead conversion, and channel engagement
- Build scalable marketing programs that support dealer acquisition, retention, and customer loyalty
- Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new product launches and brand initiatives
- Develop launch messaging, campaign strategy, sales tools, training assets, and channel communication plans
- Coordinate cross-functional launch execution across Product Management, Sales, Operations, and Creative teams
What we're looking for
- 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years leading highly successful teams
- Proven experience managing both B2B and direct-to-consumer brands
- Background in premium, design-led, or specification-driven categories, e.g. architectural lighting, interior design, luxury appliances, high-end AV, or other relevant categories
- Exceptional at driving teams to deliver quickly without sacrificing quality – this is the defining requirement
- Ability to work cross-functionally with senior leadership and teams across the organization to drive both marketing and broader corporate objectives.
