Role Description:
- Job Title: Director of Marketing
- Overview: DTC growth marketer with a proven track record of building scalable acquisition and retention engines for consumer products, with direct ownership of CAC, LTV, and full-funnel performance across paid media, CRO, and lifecycle channels.
- Experience: 5 years of experience as Head of Marketing / Marketing Director / Marketing Manager

- Salary: $120K - $160K (Exempt)

- Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies across paid media, lifecycle, native advertising, and conversion funnels to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Launch, test, and scale new paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube) and identify emerging opportunities to expand reach and lower CAC.
- Own new product and channel launches end-to-end — from go-to-market strategy through creative briefing, launch execution, and post-launch scaling.
- Lead structured A/B and multivariate testing across ad creative, copy, targeting, and landing pages to continuously improve ROAS and conversion rates.
- Build and optimize customer lifecycle flows including onboarding, upsell, retention, and win-back through email, SMS, and automation.
- Oversee creation of high-performing marketing assets including UGC ads, VSLs, landing pages, and advertorials in collaboration with creative teams.
- Own and manage a multi-million dollar marketing budget, balancing growth velocity with efficiency and profitability.
- Define, track, and report on core KPIs — CAC, ROAS, LTV, CVR, and retention — and use data to drive decisions.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team while managing agencies and cross-functional partners.
- Develop scalable marketing systems, SOPs, and campaign launch processes that enable rapid, repeatable execution.
- 5 years of performance or growth marketing experience in DTC, subscription, or eCommerce, with 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record launching and scaling paid campaigns.
- Deep expertise across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube Ads.
- Demonstrated success launching new channels and products from strategy through execution and scale.
- Strong command of performance metrics — CAC, ROAS, LTV, CVR, and payback period — with the ability to build analysis and present results clearly.
- Experience with UGC-driven creative strategy and working with creators to build performance-oriented content.
- Proficiency with analytics and attribution tools such as Google Analytics, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Appsflyer.
- Hands-on experience with lifecycle marketing platforms.
- Proven ability to lead and grow marketing teams, manage agencies, and collaborate cross-functionally.
