Responsibilities
- Review and approve employee expense reports in Acumatica
- Review AP bill entries for accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with team members across multiple departments
- Assist with administrative accounting tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA not required)
- Minimum GPA of 3.4
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to remain focused while performing repetitive tasks
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and processes
