DMAero is seeking an Electrical Engineer Intern to join our team at our on-site location in Warner Robins, GA. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
Role Description
This is an on-site Electrical Engineer Intern role based in Warner Robins, GA. The intern will assist in designing, analyzing, and testing electrical systems and components. Day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting electrical design projects, conducting system evaluations, preparing documentation, and troubleshooting issues in power systems and distribution networks. The individual will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary engineering team to provide reliable solutions and innovative designs.
What You'll Do
- Assist engineers with electrical system design, analysis, and integration
- Support development of schematics, wiring diagrams, and harness designs
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and system verification activities
- Work with avionics systems, embedded hardware, and mission equipment
- Assist with data analysis, documentation, and engineering reports
- Support prototype builds and lab/bench testing
- Collaborate with senior engineers on active DoD programs

- Interest in avionics, aircraft systems, or defense applications
- Hands-on project experience (class projects, clubs, personal builds)
- Ability to work on-site in Warner Robins, GA
