DLZ Corporation currently has an exciting Staff Accountant opening in Columbus, Ohio.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Review and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Bank reconciliation and review.
- Time-sheet processing and administration.
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable processing.
- Project maintenance and accounting.
- Work with project managers to prepare and process contract billings.
- Possess aptitude to act as a positive representative of the company and its core values.
- Perform all work in a safe and responsible manner, in accordance with the Health and Safety Plan.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 0-2 years of relevant Accounting experience (internships or co-op experience considered).
- Project accounting and client invoicing experience desired.
- Construction industry / project costing background a plus.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be flexible, have a positive attitude, and work well in a team environment.
