Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Construction Inspector / Observer, you'll be on the front lines of our projects, ensuring quality and safety. Your key duties will include:
- Inspecting and interpreting project specifications and working drawings on-site.
- Recording and documenting field data, generating comprehensive reports.
- Collaborating with project staff on design changes and solutions.
- Communicating effectively with all project entities to ensure seamless coordination.
- Monitoring and verifying installed construction quantities to approve payment requests.
- Adhering to strict health and safety procedures on all job sites.
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Previous related experience is preferred, but we welcome new graduates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to work outside in all weather conditions and safely traverse construction sites.
- Commitment to Safety: Must have a satisfactory driving record, criminal background check, and drug test.
