- Operate various hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to support manufacturing activities
- Use forklifts to move materials and products around the warehouse or factory floor, following safety protocols
- Support the setup, maintenance, and cleanup of workstations to keep the factory running smoothly
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and materials, reporting any issues or malfunctions promptly
- Follow safety guidelines diligently to maintain a secure working environment for all team members
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve workflow processes
Experience
- Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided
- Familiarity with assembly line operations and hand tools is advantageous
- Mechanical knowledge or experience working with power tools enhances your ability to succeed in this role
- Warehouse experience, including forklift operation, is a plus but not mandatory; certification is appreciated
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks consistently throughout shifts
