The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and safety of residential facilities through regular preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs. Reporting to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, this role demands proficiency with standard hand and power tools and adherence to all safety regulations. HVAC certification is required, and possessing additional certifications such as CPO will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on residential facility systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations
- Execute emergency repairs promptly to minimize downtime
- Manage and maintain tools and equipment inventory
Required Qualifications
- EPA Certification (if applicable)
- HVAC Certification
- Valid Driver’s License
