Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician based in Columbia, SC. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, and conducting preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functionality of all property systems. Day-to-day tasks include responding to service requests, carrying out maintenance and repair activities, and ensuring the property is safe and well-maintained for residents.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and identifying technical issues
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance techniques and scheduling
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair across various systems and equipment
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems is a plus
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- A valid driver's license is required
