Summary:
Manage general ledger, journal entry processing, fixed assets, and account reconciliations. Assist with financial reporting process. Provide support for accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost accounting, and other operational finance support as requested.
Principle Duties and Areas of Responsibility:
- Maintain chart of accounts, process journal entries, manage fixed assets, complete account reconciliations, and provide variance analysis.
- Support the General Manager and the Duo Lift Accounting Team in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures and budgeting/forecasting activities as needed.
- Assist with preparing financial statements, supplementary reporting, and ad-hoc analysis as requested.
- Prioritize accuracy and data integrity of financial information in enterprise resource planning software.
- Provide back-up support of manufacturing cost accounting process, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other operational finance support as needed.
- Assist General Manager to implement strategic initiatives and tactical plans.
- Special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Highly skilled in accounting procedures, data analysis, and financial reporting

- General understanding of GAAP and applicable regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft office and Excel. Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
- Associate degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field preferred. Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping background
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
