Distinguished, interstate Commercial Auto Insurance Carrier is looking for an experienced GEORGIA TRUCKING OR AUTO ACCIDENT DEFENSE Litigation Attorney to join their team as IN-HOUSE COUNSEL (there are NO billable hours!).
100% REMOTE POSITION BUT MUST LIVE IN (OR RELOCATE TO) GEORGIA. THIS POSITION IS FULLY REMOTE!!!
In-House position with carrier so there are NO BILLABLE HOURS!
Should have 10 years experience with GA Bodily Injury Defense cases, namely Trucking Accidents and/or Motor Vehicle Accidents. We handle the defense of trucking accidents involving high-limit policies.
***IDEAL Candidates have 10 years experience in GA Trucking or Auto Accident Defense Litigation, with experience working up a large volume of trucking and/or car accident cases through trial.***
DUTIES: reviewing and analyzing new files from assignment by claims, drafting pleadings, motions, issuing & answering written discovery, deposition prep, depositions, arguing motions, attending court hearings, mediations, trials client phone calls, and preparing cases for trial. Trial experience would be preferred. Expert deposition experience is required.
