Boutique, growing Plaintiff's Personal Injury Trial Law Firm is seeking a highly-skilled, motivated Attorney to join its HOUSTON, TX office (located in Spring, TX). [This position is 100% IN OFFICE - it is NOT remote/hybrid].
We will consider entry-level attorneys and those attorneys from other areas of litigation.
MUST BE BILINGUAL (fluent in speaking/writing Spanish)!
BASE SALARY: $85,000k to $120,000 (depending on your experience)
We will also consider candidates from ANY OTHER CIVIL LITIGATION FIELD in TEXAS. So if you are BILINGUAL and have a desire to learn Personal Injury and you want to transition out of your practice area, feel free to apply!
JOB DUTIES some new case intake, prelitigation demand letters, working up high-value cases from initial pleadings, issuing and answering written discovery, medical record analysis, depositions, motion practice, court appearances, mediations, and trials. Will be expected to meet with clients, draft demand letters, prep for court hearings, draft and argue substantive motions, respond to MSJs, draft legal memos, settlement negotiations, and managing all files assigned to you. Should be highly detail-oriented, independent, organized and able to multi-task.
