experienced in Data Quality, Help desk Support OR Healthcare IT?
Here’s an excellent opportunity to join a long-term project as a Help desk Analyst supporting Immunization Information Systems (IIS).
📍 Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid)
🕒 Duration: 6-12 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)
🎯 Interview: In-person only
What You’ll Do:
Support healthcare providers and public health staff with IIS-related issues
Investigate and resolve duplicate/bad merged patient records
Use data tools & matching algorithms to maintain data integrity
Document support interactions in ticketing systems
Assist with system testing, data quality reporting & improvements
What You Need:
✔ Degree in Health Informatics, IT, Public Health, or related field
✔ 4-5 years in helpdesk, data quality, or healthcare IT support
✔ Experience with deduplication/data matching tools
✔ Strong analytical & communication skills
✔ Familiarity with Immunization Information Systems
