What You Will Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for the firm by answering incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries
- Conduct initial consultations and assess case viability based on firm criteria
- Gather, document, and verify essential client and accident information accurately
- Enter and maintain detailed client data in the firm’s case management system
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with prospective clients during stressful situations
- Address general questions regarding the firm’s services and intake process
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal guidelines
- Assist with marketing follow-ups and lead tracking
- Work efficiently in a monitored, performance-driven environment
- Role may include other relevant duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- 1–2 years of customer service experience in an office environment
- Prior experience in legal intake, personal injury, customer service, or sales strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Familiarity with standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Comfort working with productivity monitoring tools
- Positive, upbeat, and professional attitude
- Familiarity with legal terminology and case management systems is a plus
- Bilingual skills such as Spanish, Korean, or Chinese are highly preferred
