Please note that this is not a warehouse or office-based position; you will be required to travel to various job sites and must possess your own reliable transportation vehicle to get to each location.
We are seeking dependable Full-Time and Part-Time Cleaners to join our team. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic environment, as it features a flexible schedule with hours that may change or be inconsistent based on client needs.
Role Overview
- Pay Rate: $15 – $18 per hour
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Saturdays optional)
- Workload: Typically 3 to 4 cleaning assignments per day
- Training: Full training provided during your first week
Core Responsibilities
- Standard Cleaning: Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.
- Specialized Areas: Deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces.
- Home Care: Laundering linens and making beds.
- Client Relations: Providing top-tier customer service and addressing specific client requests.
- Communication: Reporting any pre-existing damages, accidents, or supply needs to the manager promptly.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 25 pounds.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Must-Haves: Valid Driver’s License, personal vehicle, and a clean background check.
- Documentation: Must have a Social Security Number or Tax ID.
- Location: Must reside near Fayetteville or the surrounding cities.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a crew.
- Preferred: Prior experience in residential/commercial cleaning and bilingual skills are a plus.
