P&C Licensed Insurance Customer Service Agent

Responsibilities include:
- Be able to work in both Kutztown and New Tripoli location
- Provide customer service to personal and commercial clients
- Work independently with minimal supervision
· Diligent when interacting with clients in processing coverage modifications in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction and prevent E&O exposure
· Prepare quotes, round out accounts and underwrite policies
· Meet production and activity standards
· Required to attend company meetings
· May be expected to participate in community events with staff
· Required to maintain CE credits
Qualifications:
· Ideal Candidate must currently hold an active P&C Insurance License
· Excellent communication skills
· Professional demeanor
· Team Player Attitude
· Professional office/ customer service experience
· Insurance experience required
Job Type: Full-time

License/Certification:
- Insurance Producer License (Required)
