The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-caliber Licensed Life Sales Agent to lead our life insurance growth. This is a senior-level, proactive role designed for a 'closer' who understands that insurance is a critical asset for protecting a family’s future.
You aren't starting from scratch. You will have access to a massive 'warm' pipeline:
75 new homeowners policies per month.
5,000 existing households.
A collaborative team that helps set appointments for you.
Compensation & Protection
We offer a transparent, performance-driven compensation structure designed to provide stability while rewarding your results:
Recoverable Draw: To support your transition, we provide a guaranteed gross pay 'draw' against future commissions.
Months 1–3: $5,000 per month.
Months 4 : $4,000 per month.
Aggressive Commission Splits:
43% of Issued Production Credit on sales where you self-generate the lead.
33% of Issued Production Credit on sales resulting from a team-set appointment.
23% of Issued Production Credit on sales from applications submitted by other agents that you assist in underwriting and issuance.
Earning Potential: Agents will earn $60k – $150k in year one; elite producers have no cap on their success.

Responsibilities
The Daily Journey
As a Senior Life Agent, you will be the 'antidote to chaos' for our clients. Your day will include:
Proactive Outreach: Completing 40 outbound 'onboarding' calls and maintaining 180 minutes of talk time daily.
Expert Consultation: Guiding neighbors through the value of life insurance in plain English, avoiding confusing jargon.
Full Pipeline Management: Taking prospects from the initial application through underwriting to policy issue.
Strict Documentation: Recording 100% of interactions in our system to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2 years of current continuous life insurance sales (experience with Foresters, Corebridge, Lincoln, Hancock, or Protective is a major plus).
Licensing: A current Life & Health Insurance license is required.

Compliance Note
Coverage is subject to policy terms, conditions, and availability. All sales credits are subject to a 6-month clawback period if a policy is cancelled or changed.
