DJE Properties is currently interviewing for a Lead Maintenance Supervisor. We are searching for a candidate to continue their career and join our growing base here in San Antonio. We stress that we are interested only in candidates that are pursuing this as their career.
DJE Properties is the new branch of DJE Texas Management Group which is our investment portfolio/private equity group. In just over a year and 3 years' time, we have grown to 10 properties and over 2,000 total units! With the number of properties that we are establishing we are looking for our next great candidate who possess the following attributes/qualifications:
EPA Required
CPO Required
2 year or relevant experience
Personal Tools for troubleshooting
Must have reliable transportation
Strong HVAC Experience
Our Lead Maintenance Supervisor is to effectively initiate and manage the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, as well as the make-ready process in a manner consistent with the property’s operational objectives.
The Lead Maintenance Supervisor is expected to take an active, hands-on approach to the completion of duties as well as to facilitate the development and performance of others.
Responsibilities/Competencies:
Oversee:
Ordering necessary supplies
Manage Maintenance Monthly Budget
Development and Performance of your Maintenance Team
Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair involving the following on a daily basis:
Electrical and plumbing
A/C and heating systems
Interior and exterior lights
Appliance repair
Ceiling leaks/Sheetrock Repair
Salary : $25 - $29
