Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for corporations, partnerships, S corporations, and other business entities
- Prepare complex individual income tax returns for business owners, executives, and high-net-worth clients
- Conduct tax research and assist with tax planning strategies
- Communicate directly with clients through phone, video meetings, and email
- Collaborate with partners on tax planning and advisory engagements
- Ensure timely, accurate compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Assist with consulting engagements and special tax projects
- Stay current on tax law changes and industry developments
- 3–5 years of public accounting experience with a primary focus on tax
- Experience preparing business entity and complex individual tax returns
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment
- CPA license preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
- Must reside in the Eastern or Central time zone
- Candidates with extensive experience may work fully remote; those with less experience should be available for occasional travel to the Allentown office for training and collaboration
