Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for corporations, partnerships, S corporations, and other business entities
- Prepare complex individual income tax returns for business owners, executives, and high-net-worth clients
- Conduct tax research and assist with tax planning strategies
- Communicate directly with clients to gather information, answer questions, and provide guidance throughout engagements
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Collaborate with partners on client tax planning and advisory projects
- Support consulting engagements and other special tax initiatives
- Stay current on changes in tax laws and regulations
- Approximately 3–5 years of public accounting experience
- Strong background in tax preparation, compliance, and planning
- Experience preparing business entity and complex individual tax returns
- Solid understanding of federal and state tax regulations
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- CPA license preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule with occasional time in the Allentown office
