Concrete Crew Members
Concrete Crew Members are responsible for performing a variety of skilled tasks for our commercial clients which include tearing out material, forming, pouring and finishing concrete, and utilizing your knowledge of concrete and asphalt. Crew Leaders are given attainable goals while leading their crew to accomplish daily work. They are responsible to prepare, care, and operate company equipment as well as direct and develop their crews to ensure quality performance. Our top core value is safety; therefore, you are responsible to ensure safety for yourself, crew members, and clients. As a Crew Member you will develop the necessary skills to advance to a Crew Leader position. All positions are full-time, year-round career opportunities that transition into snow removal tasks in the winter.

Minimum of 1 year experience working in the landscape, concrete, and/or construction industry is preferred but not required.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Chauffeur's license and DOT prior to driving a company vehicle is required.
- Ability to bend, squat, and lift (min 50 pounds) for long periods of time.
- Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period.
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
