Responsibilities:
- Perform concrete finishing tasks such as leveling, smoothing, and shaping surfaces
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete concrete finishing projects
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of concrete work
- Apply caulk and stucco to fill gaps and cracks in concrete surfaces
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required for concrete pouring and finishing
- Collaborate with other construction workers, including carpenters, to complete projects on time
Skills:
- Proficient in concrete finishing techniques, including leveling, smoothing, and shaping
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
- Familiarity with construction estimating for accurate project planning
- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in concrete finishing
