Senior Mechanical Engineer

Dizario Search is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer who can take ownership of equipment design, optimization, and reliability while partnering closely with operations, quality, and reliability teams. Our client offers a competitive base salary, bonus, and PTO plan. This role is open for relocation and our client offers a full relocation package for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and optimization of high-speed mechanical systems to improve performance, safety, cost, and reliability.
• Technical liaison for motion systems, rotating equipment, vibration, and machine dynamics
• Oversee capital projects including equipment upgrades, new installations, and technology integrations.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal engineering teams on projects to enhance machinery and production process.
• Support plant teams with troubleshooting, training, documentation, and root cause analysis for complex mechanical failures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 years of mechanical engineering experience in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to execute design changes and troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems with minimal production disruption.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and standard engineering analysis tools.
